We offer FREE standard shipping to the contiguous United States. Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days. You can also upgrade to expedited shipping for $15 USD to the USA with delivery within 2 business days. Your order will take  1-2 business days to process before it ships.

For Australia, we ship the La Trotteuse model, from our warehouse in Australia so customers living there will not pay import duties on this product. Standard shipping takes 5 business days and costs AUD $15.

We ship international to Canada,UK, Italy, France, Spain, Germany and Portugal!

RETURNS

You may initiate a return within 60 days of the delivery of your item. To be eligible for return , the bag must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, to our USA warehouse. Australia customers, who bought the La Trotteuse model can return it to our Australia warehouse.

At Thafael, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. This Thafael Antitheft Cactus Leather Handbag is covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

This warranty is applicable solely to the original purchaser of the Thafael antitheft handbag. It does not extend to damages resulting from:

• Improper maintenance, handling errors, incorrect usage or overloading ,
• Neglect, modifications, accidental impacts, ordinary wear and tear.
• Pressing or dents caused by external pressure on the cactus leather material. Cactus leather, while durable, can show marks or develop dents if something presses against it for extended periods.
• Naturally occurring changes in the material's appearance over time are not covered.

Thafael bears no responsibility for the loss of personal property or damage to external products used alongside our handbag. The responsibility of Thafael is limited to the handbag's purchase value.
