We are a USA-based company specializing in creating high quality anti-theft travel handbags for the woman traveler.

Our Story

It started with a gift.

A simple crossbody bag I gave to a friend. She loved it. I bought the same one for myself and started traveling with it.

That's when I realized the problem.

It looked fine. But it had no organization and zero security. And when I searched for something better, everything I found was sporty, bulky, and nothing I'd actually want to be seen wearing.

I refused to choose between peace of mind and personal style.

So I started from scratch. Two years of late nights, trial and error, and a few trips to Europe to test it properly. I wasn't going to get it right until it actually worked in the real world.

The result is La Trotteuse. A bag with lockable zippers, slash-resistant straps reinforced with metal wire, RFID-blocking pockets, and 12 smart compartments. Built to protect everything inside without ever looking like it's trying to.

Because it doesn't look like a travel bag. That part matters more than people think.

And the name? Thafael is actually very personal to me. It comes from my daughter's name, Thaliya, and my son's name, Rafael. THA from Thaliya. FAEL from Rafael. 

I built this for women like you and me. Women who want to move through the world with confidence, security, and style. Without ever having to choose between the two.💖
