Slash-Resistant Straps

Designed to resist quick, sweeping cuts associated with theft. They are not cut-proof and may be affected by sustained cutting pressure, sharp blades, or special tools. This feature reduces the risk of strap cutting but it does not eliminate it completely.

Cut-Resistant Body

The inner body material resists deliberate cutting attempts more effectively than standard materials. However, it is not 100% cut-proof.

Lockable Zippers

Zipper locks will deter casual access and theft. Zippers and hardware may experience wear, separation, or malfunction over time.

RFID-Blocking Pockets

Designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized wireless scanning of contactless cards and passports. In accordance with FTC disclosure requirements, we disclose that no RFID-blocking product can guarantee 100% protection against all scanning devices, frequencies, or techniques. RFID-blocking effectiveness may be reduced by damage, wear, or improper use of the pocket.

Security Attachment Feature

The security attachment clip is designed as an additional deterrent when anchoring the bag to luggage, furniture, or fixed objects. It is a secondary security measure only and does not guarantee the bag cannot be removed, stolen, or tampered with.

Thafael is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to the bag or its contents that occurs as a result of or in connection with any product defect or component malfunction. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your personal property at all times. Thafael is not responsible for theft or loss resulting from:

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Thafael 2-Year Limited Warranty

Thafael stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of its products. Each Thafael Women's Anti-Theft Crossbody Handbag is covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If your product proves defective due to a material or manufacturing defect, Thafael will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component at no charge to the original purchaser.

Who Is Covered

This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser of the product. It is non-transferable and does not extend to subsequent owners.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

● Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, overloading, or use inconsistent with product instructions

● Damage from neglect, failure to follow care instructions, or improper storage

● Unauthorized modifications or repairs

● Accidental damage, impact damage, or damage caused by third parties

● Normal wear and tear, including gradual changes in material appearance, color, or texture over time

● Loss or theft of the bag or its contents

● Damage to personal belongings carried inside or used alongside the bag

How to Obtain Warranty Service

To submit a warranty claim, contact us at hello@thafael.com within the 2 year warranty period. You must provide proof of purchase and photographic documentation of the defect. We will evaluate your claim and respond with next steps. Thafael reserves the right to determine whether a defect is covered under this warranty.

Warranty Period

Coverage begins on the date of original purchase and expires 2 years from that date.

THIS IS A LIMITED WARRANTY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY THAFAEL AND REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

Except as expressly stated in the Warranty Disclosure above, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thafael disclaims all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Where applicable law does not permit the disclaimer of implied warranties, such warranties are limited in duration to the 2-year warranty period stated above.

 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Company and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive damages arising from use of the website, inability to use the website, product delays, delivery issues, incorrect shipping information, misuse, improper care, failure to review policies, customer measurement errors in connection with use of the product.

Thafael's sole obligation under their 2 year warranty is to repair or replace a defective product or component as described in the Warranty Disclosure. Thafael bears no responsibility for loss of or damage to personal belongings carried in or used alongside the handbag.

In all cases, Thafael's total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Thafael is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate order information.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS DISCLOSURE

Failure to follow proper care instructions may affect product performance and security feature integrity. Clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth only.
