Product Use Disclaimer
At Thafael, we believe in the power of transparency and the importance of being as real and honest as possible. Our commitment to honesty isn't just a policy; it's the foundation of how we operate, design our products, and communicate.
Disclaimer of Liability:
THAFAEL ("Company") designs its anti-theft handbags with features intended to help reduce the risk of theft, including but not limited to lockable zippers, RFID-blocking pockets, and reinforced materials. However, no product can guarantee complete protection against theft, loss, or damage.
The effectiveness of these features may vary depending on how the product is used and the circumstances involved. Users are responsible for exercising personal vigilance and regularly inspecting the condition of the bag, including zippers, straps, and hardware, before and during use.
While we strive to maintain high quality standards, products may occasionally experience wear, damage, or manufacturing defects that could affect performance over time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of personal belongings, arising from the use or inability to use the product.
In all cases, the Company’s total liability shall be limited to the original purchase price of the product.
Proper Use:
The Antitheft Handbag is intended for use as a deterrent against common theft techniques. Users should always exercise caution and use personal judgment in safeguarding their belongings. The secure attachment option provided is to enhance the security of the handbag when attached to carry-on luggage, jeans, or chairs; however, users should remain vigilant and maintain physical control over their belongings whenever possible. For example, if you secure your bag to a chair and leave the chair to go to the bathroom, there is a high chance your bag might get stolen.
- Do not let anything press against the bag (for example, when it's stored or when you put it in your luggage).
- Store your bag carefully when not in use by placing it in the dust bag provided and by attaching all zipper pullers to their buckles (top zipper and back buckle)
- Stuff your bag with tissue paper or clothing if you are putting it in luggage or during storage, so it doesn't bend.
RFID Protection:
The RFID-blocking pockets are designed to help shield credit cards and passports, from wireless theft. However, it's important to understand that while RFID protection can significantly reduce the risk of unauthorized scanning, no protective measure can be considered 100% secure against all potential threats.
