If you do not agree to all the Terms of this agreement, then you may not access the website. If these Terms are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions contain an Arbitration clause and require you to dispute or resolve any claim with us in Arbitration. By Agreeing to these Terms, you agree to the Arbitration Clause and voluntarily waive your right to a jury trial.

Accepted payment methods may include Shopify payments, credit/debit cards, paypal, and approved payment providers. Financing or installment options are subject to separate provider terms and approval requirements.

Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or Services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer.

SECTION 8 - REFUND, CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
Returns & Refunds
You have 60 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
• United States: We provide a prepaid return label. A $10 shipping fee is deducted from your refund. Returns ship to our U.S. warehouse.
• Canada, UK, EU and all other countries: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns ship to our U.S. warehouse.
• Australia: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns ship to our Australian warehouse.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@thafael.com so we can make it right.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval decision. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at hello@thafael.com.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not shipped. However, most orders will ship on the same day. To request a cancellation, contact us at hello@thafael.com.
If your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may then refuse delivery at the time of delivery, which will return the package to us. Once we received the returned item, unopened and in its original condition, you will receive a refund within 3 business days to your original payment method. The shipping costs are non-refundable.

Thafael anti-theft handbags are designed with security features including lockable zippers, reinforced materials, and RFID-blocking pockets. These security features are intended to reduce the risk of theft. These anti-theft security features are theft deterrents, not 100 % guarantees.
SECTION 15 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our anti-theft features are designed to deter theft. The effectiveness of any security feature depends on how the product is used, maintained, and the circumstances encountered. Thafael makes no warranty, express or implied, that use of this product will 100% prevent theft, loss, or damage to the bag or its contents under any and all circumstances.
While we maintain high quality standards, products may experience wear, manufacturing defects, or component failures which include zipper separation or hardware malfunction through use. Thafael is not liable for any theft, loss, or damage to the bag or its contents that occurs as a result of or in connection with a product defect, component failure, or malfunction of any security feature, including zippers, straps, clasps, or locking mechanisms. It is your responsibility to inspect your bag before each use and discontinue use if any component is not functioning properly.
You are responsible for proper use of your handbags. The security of this product depends significantly on how it is used. You are solely responsible for maintaining physical control over your bag and its contents at all times. Thafael is not liable for theft, loss, or damage that results from:
• Leaving the bag unattended, unsecured, or out of your direct control
• Failure to properly engage zippers, locks, or attachment features
• Use of the bag in a manner inconsistent with the product and care instructions
• Theft by methods that overcome the bag's intended security features, including the use of specialized tools or sustained cutting efforts
Our RFID-blocking pockets are designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized wireless scanning of credit cards and passports. No RFID-blocking technology provides absolute protection against all scanning methods or devices. Thafael makes no warranty that RFID protection will prevent unauthorized access in all circumstances.
Proper Care & Storage
To maintain product integrity:
• Inspect zippers, straps, and hardware before each use
• Store the bag in the dust bag provided with all zipper pulls attached to their buckles
• Stuff the bag with tissue paper or soft clothing if storing in luggage to prevent bending
• Do not allow heavy objects to press against the bag during storage or travel
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Thafael, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including loss of personal property or belongings, arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use this product, or from any defect or malfunction of any product feature, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to this product shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the specific item giving rise to the claim.
SECTION 16 - SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms and Conditions, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
SECTION 17 - NO CHARGEBACKS POLICY
By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issue with your order before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer.
We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us at hello@thafael.com within 60 days of your purchase so we may address the issue in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these Terms. In the event of a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback, provide your transaction records and communications to your financial institution, and pursue recovery of the charged amount plus any fees incurred as a result of the chargeback. We also reserve the right to cancel any existing or future orders associated with your account.

You may terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site. The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
