RETURNS

You may initiate a return within 60 days of the delivery of your item. To be eligible for return , the bag must be in brand new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, to our USA warehouse.

At Thafael, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. This Thafael Antitheft Cactus Leather Handbag is covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

This warranty is applicable solely to the original purchaser of the Thafael antitheft handbag. It does not extend to damages resulting from:

• Improper maintenance, handling errors, incorrect usage or overloading ,
• Neglect, modifications, accidental impacts, ordinary wear and tear.
• Pressing or dents caused by external pressure on the cactus leather material. Cactus leather, while durable, can show marks or develop dents if something presses against it for extended periods.
• Naturally occurring changes in the material's appearance over time are not covered.

Thafael bears no responsibility for the loss of personal property or damage to external products used alongside our handbag. The responsibility of Thafael is limited to the handbag's purchase value.

THAFAEL DISCLAIMS RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, BODILY HARM, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL BELONGINGS, EXPENSES FOR RENTING REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS, AND OTHER ADDITIONAL COSTS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THAFAEL HAS BEEN NOTIFIED ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW, THAFAEL REJECTS ALL IMPLIED AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF SALEABILITY AND SUITABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT RECOGNIZE LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, HENCE THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT BE APPLICABLE IN YOUR CASE.
