This purse was very well made. I just didn’t like the strap. It was too wide and uncomfortable as it was so stiff. You have a beautiful product. Materials are best quality.

I spent hours searching for a nice-looking anti-theft bag to pack on my first trip to Europe. Will be visiting all the tourist hot-spots so I wanted something that would give me peace of mind. Eventually found this one on Pinterest and in person, it is great! The black bag will go with anything, and the anti-theft mechanisms feel like good quality. It’s a bit stiff and narrow, but because of that will stay close to my body. Still will fit my daily basics, including a flat A6 water bottle, passports, cash in the inside zip, lip balm, etc.
I did think the passport areas were RFID safe, but it seems like only the card pockets are, and not the phone/passport-sized pockets. I’ll need an RFID slip for my passports but they’re only about $10. Really happy with it!

Just got my bag and I absolutely love it!! It came very nicely packaged and with a dust cover for storage. It looks and feels like a luxury bag but with all the great anti theft features. I cannot wait to use it on my trip to Italy later this year. I love it so much I may have to order more in other colors and use as an everyday bag…it’s that nice! Super fast shipping too.

I am over the moon thrilled with my new handbag! I ordered the beige which is a wonderful all-season, neutral shade. This summer, I’m traveling abroad to Italy and have been on the hunt for a safe handbag. I’ve ordered close to 10 different bags, but none of them were as safe as I felt like I needed plus they all screamed, “I’m a tourist”. Enter a pop up ad for this beauty. I was intrigued by all of the well thought features and the overall look of the bag, which is lovely with elegant lines. With some outfits, I’ll probably tie a scarf oh a the side buckle for a fun pop of color. I’d love to see this bag in powder blue, chocolate brown, cream or a pale shell pink. The reinforced straps, rfid pockets, multiple compartments, zippers with locks and removable screw side straps have made this the most bag I’ve seen. ❤️

its quite square. kinda wish it would've not so stiff. I like the little leather piece on the inside to pull the zipper. wish I could buy a few for the outside. ( can't always grab and open , live where its cold and fingers are cold. ) wish I could buy accessories, small wallet to fit inside. otherwise, love the length and color

This is a beautiful bag, exactly as described. It is sturdy enough to stand on its own but not so stiff that you can't maneuver around inside. The colour is perfect. The quality is clear. The safety features are perfect - not too obtrusive. I am awaiting my second bag that I just couldn't resist! Arielle is very responsive to answer questions and explain all of the features of the bag. I would 100% recommend this bag for travel, or for your daily use!!

Love this purse for all the reasons others have listed. Would make it even better if they added a small matching leather zipper pull tab. This would make it easier to open and close the zipper without interfering with its ability to lock the purse. I found it very frustrating to grab the small metal zipper pull. I ordered a separate leather one from Amazon to attach to the clip and this is now perfect. Can’t wait to take it on my multiple trips planned for Europe later this year.

I’ve owned anti-theft bags before, but they always felt bulky, ugly, or screamed tourist. Thafael is the first one that actually looks luxury while quietly doing its job.

The lockable zippers, hidden pockets, and RFID protection mean I don’t have to constantly check my bag — which is huge in crowded cities and airports. I love how organized it is too; everything has a place, so I’m not digging around for my phone or passport.

I’m absolutely loving my new travel purse that my husband Octavio bought for our Europe trip! The size is perfect — not too big and not too small — and the style is simple yet so elegant. It has just the right amount of space for my credit cards, sunglasses, makeup, and even a convenient zipper pocket inside. I also really appreciate the anti-theft zipper on the outside and the dedicated phone slot. The thick, sturdy strap gives me extra peace of mind that no one can cut it easily while traveling. After a terrible experience with the strap of the initial crossbody, I decided to give the updated model a go, as it's so hard to find a conspicuous anti-theft bag that's stylish! I must say, THIS BAG IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! The strap itself is VERY substantial and padded and the buckle holds the length of the strap in place perfectly (my issues with the previous model). The body of the purse is still perfect - so many pockets and compartments and so easy to organize all of my essentials for quick grabbing. I'm so glad I gave it another go, and I can't wait to take this on my next international adventure! Arielle is awesome and prioritizes her customer's satisfaction. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

The bag is absolutely beautiful and I love all of the compartments inside the alleviate the need to carry a wallet. The extra safety lock features are great. Arielle, is very personal and has responded to every question/e-mail I have sent and has been great to work with.

The strap is super flimsy. For the price, I would have thought it would be more substantial. I used this bag during an international travel day, totaling 18 hours in the airport, and I hated it by the end because of the strap. It kept getting twisted and tangled and was so hard to unravel, because the ring that holds it didn’t even stop the twisting. The strap didn’t hold its length with the metal piece, and as I walked through airports, it got longer and longer. And the cushion for the strap never stayed where it was supposed to. My neck and collar bone was rubbed raw by the end of it all. The purse itself is amazing, so much organization and practical flow, but I regret purchasing it because of the strap. I’m considering asking for a refund. Buyer beware.

The quality and craftsmanship are excellent, and I can already tell it’s going to be great for my upcoming trip next year. Even though I haven’t used it yet, I can already say it makes me feel stylish, confident, organized, and safe just wearing it. The size seems just right for what I need. If I could change one thing, it might be to make the opening a bit easier to access — but otherwise, it’s such a thoughtfully designed and secure purse. More googling got me to Arielle’s site and l was honestly thrilled- it’s perfect for day sightseeing but also taking out to a beautiful restaurant and feeling confident!

Finding a stylish anti-theft handbag felt as likely as finding a unicorn; then I happened upon the unicorn. The Thafael bag's sleek, modern design immediately caught my eye. When it arrived, the presentation made me feel like I was unveiling a high-end designer bag. It is even more stunning in person. I love all of the pockets inside and the strap on the outside to attach it to a restaurant chair. I love the size; I can't carry a huge, heavy bag anymore. I have been carrying it everyday to become comfortable with it before my upcoming trips. There are only two slight issues that, for me, keep it froming being perfect. First, while I love that the rigid shape doesn't flop over when I put it down, that rigidity makes it a bit difficult to open the small opening very far to retrieve items in the bottom of the bag. Secondly, the fabric divider inside is too floppy. I'd suggest making it double thickness with a zipper on top, making the entire divider a pocket. I look forward to carrying it on vacation. I feel like I won't stand out as much as a tourist with a beautiful bag instead of a typical nylon bag. Thank you, Thafael, for giving us a bag that has both security and style.

Nicely made bag, doesn’t look cheap or like it’ll wear too quickly. My favorite feature is how many different pockets/zippers this bag has. My biggest gripe with most bags is that they’re hard to organize due to lack of enough compartments, but this one has plenty! Would love to see a slightly larger version sometime in the future as I like to have snacks and a book with me everywhere. Overall, great quality.

I’m so thankful for the Thafael bag—in just a few short months, it truly became my travel companion. It’s been absolutely everywhere with me: London, Rome, Florence, Cattolica, Orvieto, Salt Lake City, Denver, San Diego, Portland, Puerto Peñasco, and all around Tucson. It held everything I needed, zipped up securely, and even survived my child using it as a support when she was "just too tired to walk anymore." It’s been dropped, tugged, attached to chairs, and had food spilled on it—and still looks great.

What I appreciated most was how safe I felt. The RFID protection and lockable zippers and straps gave me so much peace of mind. Eventually, I stopped constantly touching it at tourist spots because those safety features became second nature. It looked stylish, carried all my kid's little treasures (from rocks to gelato mascots!), and functioned beautifully. Everything zipped and clipped with zero fuss. I couldn’t have asked for more.

And yet, I keep asking more of this Thafael—and it keeps delivering. Arizona summers are no joke: 120-degree days followed by monsoon rains and 50-degree temperature swings. I’ve accidentally left the bag in the car more than once. While my lipsticks have melted, the edge coating on the bag is still flawless, and the cactus leather has shown no signs of wear or warping. This bag is made to last—on the road, in the desert, and even during a kindergartener’s dessert.
