It serves as a cruelty-free and sustainable alternative to traditional animal leather, made from the leaves of the nopal cactus (commonly known as prickly pear). Thanks to its strong molecular bonding in which cactus plays an important role, Desserto® offers high resistance to abrasion, rubbing, tearing, tensile and a great durability. It is also water resistant .

Cactus leather is known for its overall durability, resisting wear and tear effectively. However, unlike some traditional leathers that can recover from pressure, cactus leather can develop dents if something presses against it for extended periods.

To prevent dents, careful storage is key. Stuff your bag with tissue paper or clothing to maintain its shape, and avoid placing anything against it that could cause pressure from the outside.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, to our USA warehouse. Australia customers, who bought the La Trotteuse model can return the La Trotteuse model to our Australia warehouse.

During this period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
