RETURNS
You may request a return within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible, the bag must be unused, in brand new condition, and returned with all original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. See details below
UNITED STATES: We provide a prepaid return shipping label, and a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
AUSTRALIA : Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Returns should be sent to our Australian warehouse.
Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland & European Union: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Returns should be sent to our U.S. warehouse.

WARRANTY
At Thafael, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. This Thafael Antitheft Cactus Leather Handbag is covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
This warranty is applicable solely to the original purchaser of the Thafael antitheft handbag. It does not extend to damages resulting from:
- Improper maintenance, handling errors, incorrect usage or overloading ,
- Neglect, modifications, accidental impacts, ordinary wear and tear.
- Pressing or dents caused by external pressure on the cactus leather material. Cactus leather, while durable, can show marks or develop dents if something presses against it for extended periods.
- Naturally occurring changes in the material's appearance over time are not covered.
Thafael bears no responsibility for the loss of personal property or damage to external products used alongside our handbag. The responsibility of Thafael is limited to the handbag's purchase value.
